Located at 238 North Vine Street, Plainfield, IN 46168, the State Bank Family Promise Resource Center is a welcoming hub where individuals and families experiencing homelessness or poverty in Hendricks County can access the resources and support they need to achieve lasting stability.

Services and Support

The Resource Center offers a comprehensive range of services, including emergency housing, permanent housing assistance, rent and utility assistance, childcare support, transportation assistance, employment services, and life skills coaching. Our Family Advocates provide personalized, one-on-one case management, helping each household navigate barriers and develop a plan for long-term independence.

On-Site Resources

The Center is open to anyone in need, offering access to showers, laundry facilities, computers, phones, and a fully stocked community kitchen where guests can prepare meals in a safe and welcoming environment. We also operate a food pantry, clothing closet, household goods room, and supply closet to help individuals and families access essential items such as food, clothing, hygiene products, cleaning supplies, linens, kitchenware, and other necessities as they work toward stability.
