We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you submit a Get Help request, contact form, volunteer application, event registration, newsletter signup, or donation. This may include your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and details relevant to the request or service you are contacting us about.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to respond to inquiries, provide services and case management, process donations, register volunteers and event participants, send newsletters and updates, and improve our programs. Information submitted through a Get Help request may be entered into the Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) as required for service coordination.

Third-Party Services

We rely on trusted third parties to operate parts of our site and services, including payment processors (Zeffy, PayPal) for donations, Salesforce for case management of help requests, Resend for transactional email, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager for site analytics, Google reCAPTCHA for spam prevention, and Groq for our AI chat assistant. These providers process data only as needed to perform their service and are not permitted to use it for their own marketing purposes.

Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers as described above, or where required by law.

Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we collect. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's Privacy

Our site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 outside of the families we serve through our programs.

Your Choices

You may unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time using the link in any email, or contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information.
